Who we are

This website is run by Aston Maverick Car Wash & Detailing, LLC (“Aston Maverick”, “we”, “us”), an auto detailing business based in Roselle, Illinois. To reach us about anything on this page, call or text 630-284-0502 or email astonmaverick23@gmail.com.

What this website collects

• No accounts, no cookies and no advertising or social-media trackers.
• The quote form works on your own device. It writes a text message in your phone’s messaging app (or, on a computer, shows a code to scan and the text to copy). Nothing you type reaches us until you send that message yourself, and the website does not store it.
• One setting saved in your browser: if you close the “¿Prefieres español?” suggestion, your browser remembers that on your device so it doesn’t ask again. It is never sent to us.

What we receive when you contact us

When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell or send us, such as your name, your vehicle, your city and photos. We use it to answer you, give you a quote, schedule and do the work, and keep ordinary business records. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.

Companies that help run this website

• Cloudflare hosts the website. Like any host, it processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It works without cookies and does not fingerprint visitors. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
• OpenStreetMap provides the map. When the map on the home page comes into view, your browser loads map images from OpenStreetMap’s servers, which see your IP address and browser details as any website does. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
• Google Maps opens only if you tap “Open in Google Maps”. From then on you are on Google’s service, under Google’s own policy.
• Your phone company or messaging app carries your calls and texts to us.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and job details for as long as we need them for the work and for ordinary business records. Ask us and we will delete what we don’t have to keep.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Call, text or email us and we will take care of it as soon as we reasonably can. We will not treat you differently for asking.

“Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control

This website does not track you across other sites, so there is nothing for it to change when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

Children

This website is for adults who want a vehicle detailed. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.

Calls and text messages

• If you call or text us, we reply to that number about your request: your quote, your appointment and your vehicle.
• We do not send marketing texts or automated messages.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and in any way you like: by text, by phone or by email. We will stop.
• Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply.

Terms of use

About this website

This website gives general information about our services. It is not an offer or a contract. Services, prices and dates are agreed with you directly, by phone, by text or in person.

Quotes

A quote based on photos or a description is an estimate. We confirm the price with you before any work starts.

Photos and results

The photos and videos on this site show our own work on customers’ vehicles. Results depend on each vehicle’s age, condition and materials, so a photo is not a promise of the same result on another vehicle.

If your vehicle appears on this site and you would like the photo removed, tell us and we will remove it.

Names and logos

We name vehicle makes and models only to describe the vehicles we worked on. Aston Maverick is an independent business. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer, and their names and logos belong to their owners.

Our content

The text, logo, photos and design of this website belong to Aston Maverick Car Wash & Detailing, LLC or are used with permission. Please ask before reusing them.

The website itself

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. It may contain mistakes or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the website or from relying on it.

Links to other websites

Links to other websites, such as maps, are there for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

Law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. If the English and Spanish versions of this page differ, the English version applies.

Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or voice control.

What we did

We built the site to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we test it with automated tools and by hand. That includes text alternatives for photos, strong color contrast, text that can be enlarged, keyboard access, large touch targets, respect for your device’s “reduce motion” setting, and a complete Spanish version.

Known limits

• The map comes from a third party and may not work fully with every assistive technology. Our service area is also written in text next to it.
• The two short videos have no sound. They show one interior before and after cleaning, and a written description sits next to them.

Need help, or found a problem?

Call or text 630-284-0502 or email astonmaverick23@gmail.com and tell us what you were trying to do. We will help you directly and fix the problem as soon as we can.
